Refund policy

We want you to love your VZYRA jewellery. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or removed from their protective packaging are not eligible for return. Personalized, custom-made and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at infovzyra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
